Outreach Specialist (Medtech)

Location: Remote (USA). Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States; required to attend on-site meetings multiple times per year.

What you will do

• Conduct 75-100 outbound calls daily to pharmacies to deliver clinical services on behalf of health plans.
• Identify and create follow-up tasks for pharmacist escalation.
• Gather provider and patient information necessary for clinical interventions.
• Maintain accurate records within the hirify.global software platform.
• Participate in process improvement and team meetings to optimize clinical workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in a high-volume healthcare call center.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and brand/generic medication names.
• Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Proficiency with Google products and call center dialing software.
• Understanding of PHI access regulations and HIPAA guidelines.
• Ability to work 40 hours/week (Mon-Fri, 6 AM-6 PM PT, with rotating Saturdays).
