What you will do

• Investigate auto claims to verify coverage, liability, and the scope of physical damages.
• Explain applicable coverages to customers and determine claim values based on state laws.
• Negotiate fair claim settlements while adhering to company best practices and regulatory standards.
• Maintain organized claim correspondence and accurate inventory of assigned cases.
• Provide proactive, transparent communication to customers, repair facilities, and business partners.
• Ensure all claims are handled accurately and efficiently within established service standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and available for shifts between 7a-7p Central Time.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain and maintain State Mandated Adjuster Licenses within three months of hire.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and apply state-specific regulations.
