What you will do

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve third-party bodily injury and liability claims.
• Conduct thorough investigations, including obtaining recorded statements and gathering evidence.
• Analyze coverage, liability, and damages to determine settlement exposure.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and manage litigated claims with defense counsel.
• Maintain accurate reserves and ensure timely claim documentation and progression.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare reporting and applicable state statutes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of bodily injury claims handling experience.
• Active Adjuster License required or ability to obtain one.
• Strong understanding of tort law, liability analysis, and medical terminology.
• Experience handling auto, general liability, and errors & omissions claims.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard claims platforms.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
