TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Generating new business opportunities and expanding the client base for a digital adoption platform with an accent on strategic account mapping and outbound lead generation. Focus on conducting high-level conversations with senior executives and building a qualified pipeline for Account Executives.

Location: Hybrid in Austin, USA

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Research and target prospective accounts to create net-new selling opportunities.
  • Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Manage inbound leads (MQLs) adhering to established SLAs for follow-up.
  • Execute outbound outreach via cold/warm calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Book qualification and discovery meetings for Account Executives within assigned accounts.
  • Engage in high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA (Austin location).
  • Experience in creating new connections and building professional relationships.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong resilience, grit, and the ability to pivot as circumstances change.
  • Interest in technical SaaS Sales.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.
  • Previous outbound lead generation experience.
  • Formal sales training.
