Compensation: $200,000 – $260,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Define roles and responsibilities for Sales Engineers, Deployment Strategists, and Deployed Software Engineers.
• Design the pilot motion and ensure seamless handoffs between sales, pilot, and production phases.
• Build the staffing and resourcing model to optimize technical resource deployment as the company scales.
• Develop standardized playbooks to make deployment outcomes repeatable and efficient.
• Create KPI reporting to track time-to-value and resource utilization metrics.
• Partner with Sales and Leadership to align technical deployment strategies with revenue goals.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in an operating role.
• Background in Investment Banking, VC, PE, Consulting, Biz Ops, Revenue Strategy, or Technical Program Management.
• Strong analytical rigor with the ability to distill complex problems into actionable insights.
• Proven track record as a builder who creates systems, models, and playbooks from scratch.
• Commercially sharp with the ability to influence Sales, technical teams, and leadership.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently in an ambiguous environment.
