TL;DR

Operations Manager (Enterprise AI): Managing the operational backbone of the Solutions AI delivery organization with an accent on capacity planning, staffing, and financial performance. Focus on building scalable systems for professional services, aligning pipeline demand with capacity, and optimizing workflows across PSA and CRM tools.

Location: Must be located in the United States. Options include Hybrid in New York City, NY or Redwood City, CA, or Remote within the US.

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own capacity planning and staffing for Solutions AI Engineers to align resources with project priority and availability.
  • Build and maintain capacity and revenue forecasts based on pipeline, active projects, and hiring plans.
  • Translate Salesforce pipeline data into actionable staffing plans and hiring signals.
  • Partner with Engagement Managers to validate scope, resourcing, timelines, and margin assumptions.
  • Ensure operational compliance, including accurate timesheet submission and utilization tracking.
  • Standardize workflows and maintain data quality across Float, Jira, and Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Professional Services Operations, Delivery Operations, or similar roles.
  • Proven expertise in resource planning, capacity management, and utilization.
  • Proficiency with PSA, PM, and CRM tools such as Float, Jira, and Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of Professional Services financials, including margin, burn, and revenue recognition.
  • Must be located in the United States.
