What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of Implementation Managers, providing guidance and professional development.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding for complex, high-impact customers, mapping business processes and configuring platform settings.
• Manage ERP integrations with systems such as NetSuite and QuickBooks to ensure smooth go-lives.
• Partner with the Head of Implementation to standardize workflows, refine playbooks, and improve internal tooling.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to identify product gaps and prioritize enhancements.
• Track delivery metrics and implement process changes to maintain quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or professional services within SaaS or fintech.
• Proven experience mentoring or managing a small team while maintaining direct project ownership.
• Strong technical and accounting fluency, specifically with ASC 606 revenue recognition and order-to-cash workflows.
• Experience with ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks).
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders ranging from CFOs to engineers.
• Based in New York City for full-time onsite work.

Nice to have

• Background in accounting or finance software.
• CPA or Big Four experience.
