Location: Must be based in New York City and work 5 days per week in office at the Soho HQ

Salary: $175K – $205K + Equity

What you will do

• Lead and coach a small team of Deployment Strategists, providing professional development and feedback.
• Own high-impact, end-to-end implementations for complex customers, including process mapping and configuration.
• Manage ERP integrations with platforms such as NetSuite and QuickBooks to ensure smooth go-lives.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to surface implementation insights and prioritize product enhancements.
• Refine implementation playbooks and standardize workflows to create scalable delivery processes.
• Track delivery metrics and implement process changes to sustain quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or professional services at SaaS or fintech companies.
• Proven experience mentoring or managing a small team while maintaining direct project ownership.
• Strong accounting fluency, including knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition and order-to-cash workflows.
• Ability to communicate effectively across finance, accounting, and technical stakeholders, from CFOs to engineers.
• Based in New York City with availability to work onsite 5 days per week.

Nice to have

• Background in accounting or finance software.
• CPA or Big Four experience.
