What you will do

• Provide oversight on complex customer projects ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Delivery Managers for successful project execution.
• Establish best practices, playbooks, and scalable processes for project planning, risk management, and communication.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align delivery with strategic goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies, tooling, and reporting.
• Support customer alignment by managing scope, expectations, and success metrics.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico or the United States (remote or hybrid in specified cities).
• 5+ years in technical delivery, operations, or program management with 3+ years managing teams.
• Strong technical acumen in data systems, analytics, or AI/ML concepts; familiarity with SQL and Python is a plus.
• Proven leadership experience scaling high-performing teams in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical and operational concepts.
• Business acumen with ability to manage budgets and align resources.
