What you will do

• Lead the Americas Professional Services business, owning operational performance, financial results, and the regional P&L.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of managers, solution architects, and delivery consultants.
• Ensure successful implementation and value realization for enterprise customers, serving as an executive sponsor.
• Establish scalable operating rhythms, metrics, and repeatable delivery methodologies to improve execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance to align implementation strategies and influence product strategy.
• Represent hirify.global in executive customer engagements and stay current on AI and cloud data trends.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading Professional Services, Consulting, or Technical Delivery organizations.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience managing managers and technical teams.
• Proven track record of managing P&L, utilization, and forecasting in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to make high-quality decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Executive presence with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of enterprise AI, automation, and modern cloud architectures.
• Experience building packaged services or subscription-based delivery models.
