What you will do

• Drive new business development by identifying and qualifying opportunities within the A&D sector.
• Lead proposal development, scoping, and discovery conversations with senior engineering and program leaders.
• Manage delivery projects at enterprise customers, ensuring technical execution and customer adoption.
• Own strategic account plans, driving retention and footprint expansion.
• Synthesize customer needs into actionable product feedback for the internal platform team.
• Maintain a visible presence at industry events and build the company's reputation in the domain.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in A&D commercial, product, program, or engineering roles.
• US Person status (US citizen or Greencard holder) is mandatory.
• Deep understanding of aircraft development, defense acquisition, and advanced manufacturing.
• Ability to lead technical conversations with chief engineers and VPs.
• Sufficient ML and data science depth to scope work and lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and industry events (1-2 weeks per month).
