What you will do

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for Metal Fabrication, Electromechanical, Power Electrical, and Instruments.
• Manage preferred supplier relationships to achieve world-class results in quality, delivery, and cost.
• Implement best-in-class supply chain processes and procedures.
• Coordinate activities across various commodities and procurement professionals.
• Lead workshops and kaizens, and train associates on sourcing tools and processes.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to supply chain team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in manufacturing, engineering, sourcing, supply chain, or procurement.
• Deep knowledge of the global market for Metal Fabrication and Electromechanical commodities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and relevant computer applications.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and multi-cultural environment.
