Salary: $115,000–$150,000 USD

What you will do

• Source and procure wire harness components while managing supplier relationships and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate Clear-to-Build (CtB) status and resolve material shortages to prevent production delays.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Production teams to manage BOM discrepancies and engineering changes.
• Implement cost reduction initiatives and supplier performance improvement plans.
• Validate inventory accuracy and material transactions within ERP/MRP systems.
• Drive continuous improvement across procurement and supply chain workflows.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR export authorizations.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain planning, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
• Experience managing purchase orders, supplier expedites, and material shortages.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Nice to have

• Experience in wire harness manufacturing or aerospace/defense industries.
• Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, and CAD tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
