Salary: $200,800 – $289,400 USD (varies by location).

What you will do

  • Lead complex commercial negotiations for software, SaaS, cloud, AI, and professional services contracts.
  • Manage and rationalize the vendor portfolio to maintain durable commercial leverage.
  • Partner with FP&A to build a forward-looking procurement pipeline and manage renewal risks.
  • Serve as the primary procurement partner to Engineering, IT, Finance, and Legal stakeholders.
  • Coach and develop a team of procurement and sourcing specialists.
  • Drive improvements in procurement systems and leverage AI tools to accelerate contract analysis and reporting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of procurement experience with deep expertise in software, SaaS, and cloud infrastructure deals.
  • Proven track record of leading high-stakes commercial negotiations independently.
  • Experience managing or developing procurement professionals with a coaching orientation.
  • Strong financial acumen with an understanding of how procurement impacts budgets and FP&A cycles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex situations for executive-level audiences.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
