What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Buyers responsible for procurement execution across direct material commodities.
• Drive operational excellence in purchase order execution, supplier communications, and material availability.
• Partner with Global Supply Managers, Engineering, and Finance to ensure material readiness for NPI and production.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and proactively drive recovery plans for shortages and supply disruptions.
• Standardize procurement processes and improve ERP/MRP data integrity.
• Develop and monitor KPIs including PO cycle time, shortage resolution, and buyer productivity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain within hardware, robotics, automotive, or aerospace environments.
• 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring procurement teams.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical commodities.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Windchill.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Must have current authorization to work in the United States.
