What you will do

• Own project fulfillment outcomes and serve as the senior escalation point for global material shortages and supplier delays.
• Lead global coordination across the fulfillment lifecycle, from demand signals to deployment readiness.
• Drive alignment between regional supply chain leads and global sourcing to resolve cross-regional blockers.
• Translate complex regional data into executive-level reporting on risk, capacity, and fulfillment status.
• Build global playbooks, standardized processes, and dashboards to support project fulfillment at scale.
• Develop SOPs and workflow improvements to reduce manual follow-up and recurring exceptions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, project fulfillment, or global operations.
• Proven track record of coordinating across multiple regions and resolving delivery escalations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/modeling and experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with supply chain or procurement systems.
• Experience working with hardware categories such as GPUs, memory, servers, and networking gear.
• Ability to communicate complex ground-level details into simple executive updates.
