What you will do

• Identify AI tools, SaaS, and digital products relevant to the Demilked audience.
• Build and manage a structured partner pipeline and initiate outreach to affiliate program teams.
• Negotiate commissions, cookie duration, and secure exclusive deals and bonuses.
• Collaborate with the content team to align partner offers with upcoming articles and reviews.
• Track performance metrics (EPC, CPA, LTV) to optimize referred transactions.
• Develop a repeatable system for turning editorial content into commercial value.

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate marketing, business development, SaaS partnerships, or media monetization.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for direct partner engagement.
• Understanding of affiliate tracking, conversion funnels, and performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently in an early-stage project environment.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Must be based in Lithuania for hybrid work.
