Salary: €70,000 – €85,000 per year

What you will do
- Build and own the partnerships acquisition channel targeting accountants, bookkeepers, and tax advisors.
- Identify, negotiate, and close referral and integration partnerships to drive business account sign-ups and revenue.
- Develop a tailored go-to-market strategy for the market's accounting ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Product teams to prioritize key integrations (e.g., DATEV, Sevdesk).
- Manage the full partner lifecycle from sourcing and onboarding to ongoing account management.
- Analyze performance metrics such as CAC, conversion, and retention to optimize impact.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or channel sales.
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing commercial deals with third-party companies.
- Native or fluent command of the local market language and strong working English.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills across all seniority levels.
- Analytical proficiency with data tools (Google Sheets, Excel) and AI tools.
- Must be based in Barcelona for a hybrid work model.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or financial services.
- Existing network of accountants or accounting-software vendors.
- Knowledge of local invoicing software ecosystems (e.g., DATEV, Sevdesk, Lexware).
- Experience launching affiliate or channel-partner programs.
