TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €70,000 – €85,000 per year

What you will do

  • Build and own the partnerships acquisition channel targeting accountants, bookkeepers, and tax advisors.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close referral and integration partnerships to drive business account sign-ups and revenue.
  • Develop a tailored go-to-market strategy for the market's accounting ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to prioritize key integrations (e.g., DATEV, Sevdesk).
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle from sourcing and onboarding to ongoing account management.
  • Analyze performance metrics such as CAC, conversion, and retention to optimize impact.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or channel sales.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing commercial deals with third-party companies.
  • Native or fluent command of the local market language and strong working English.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills across all seniority levels.
  • Analytical proficiency with data tools (Google Sheets, Excel) and AI tools.
  • Must be based in Barcelona for a hybrid work model.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or financial services.
  • Existing network of accountants or accounting-software vendors.
  • Knowledge of local invoicing software ecosystems (e.g., DATEV, Sevdesk, Lexware).
  • Experience launching affiliate or channel-partner programs.
