What you will do

  • Own and manage a book of financial institution accounts across LATAM, serving as the primary point of contact for renewals and expansions.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to understand their compliance, risk, and operational priorities.
  • Drive renewal execution end-to-end, including discovery, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve individual quota targets.
  • Ensure customers realize consistent value by aligning solutions to their specific workflows and needs.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, renewal forecasts, and account health tracking in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or post-sale SaaS roles.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Experience managing renewals, expansions, and commercial conversations with quota responsibility.
  • Familiarity with financial crime compliance, AML, sanctions, KYC, or crypto compliance.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Must be based in Argentina.

Nice to have

  • Portuguese fluency is a strong plus.
