What you will do

• Develop and execute partner sales and go-to-market strategies across MSPs and payment processors.
• Negotiate and close strategic partnership agreements to create mutual value.
• Integrate hirify.global Platform and AI capabilities into partner offerings to bring new IP to market.
• Manage the business rhythm, including forecasting channel sales and meeting revenue targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, and finance teams.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events to build visibility and strengthen relationships.

Requirements

• Experience building strategic partnerships with MSPs, solution providers, or SaaS resellers.
• Proven track record within the financial partner ecosystem and system integrators.
• Demonstrated success in forecasting channel sales and exceeding quotas.
• Understanding of cloud economics and MSP partner agreement constructs.
• Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
• Must be based in Brazil.
