What you will do

• Lead cash and investment management operations, including daily positioning, forecasting, and working capital optimization.
• Partner with leadership to provide analysis on liquidity planning, financing alternatives, capital structure, and M&A activities.
• Drive treasury technology and transformation initiatives, including the implementation of TMS and AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop and execute global banking strategies, including fee optimization and payment modernization.
• Manage financial risk, including hedging strategies, counterparty management, and debt covenant compliance.
• Oversee complex financial modeling and prepare presentations for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in cash management, capital markets, or investment management.
• Proven experience implementing or optimizing Treasury Management Systems (TMS) in a multi-entity organization.
• Strong understanding of banking services, payment technologies, and international banking.
• Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop talent within a high-growth organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, FIS, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Background in high-growth or transformation-oriented organizations.
