What you will do

• Evaluate and improve the DCO clearing environment to support increasing scale.
• Own and develop clearing-related SOPs, runbooks, escalation paths, and internal documentation.
• Partner with Control Desk, Finance, Treasury, Compliance, and Engineering to drive operational improvements.
• Support treasury management, cash movement, reconciliation, and settlement workflows.
• Define and operate within SLAs and identify operational gaps or control weaknesses.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to build clearing tools, dashboards, and operational controls.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in financial markets operations focusing on clearing, settlement, and treasury.
• Deep knowledge of trade lifecycles, reconciliation, and operational controls.
• Experience operating within regulated financial services environments.
• Proven ability to independently create process maps, SOPs, and controls documentation.
• Strong analytical skills to coordinate between business, compliance, and technical teams.
• Must be based in New York for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Experience with futures, options, swaps, derivatives, or other exchange-traded products.
• Prior experience at an FCM, clearinghouse, exchange, or broker-dealer.
• Experience partnering with Product/Engineering to build operational tooling and internal controls.
