What you will do

• Analyze credit data to determine risk and make approval or denial decisions within established authority.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with automobile dealers to ensure volume and quality objectives.
• Capture automotive finance contracts that meet profitability and performance criteria.
• Perform outbound telemarketing and conduct joint dealer calls to support business growth.
• Ensure all documentation and processes comply with State and Federal regulations.
• Utilize AI tools to support research, workflow efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in consumer finance or banking.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and credit underwriting skills.
• Knowledge of motor vehicle retail installment documentation and indirect auto financing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for research and workflow integration.
