What you will do

• Oversee the preparation of tax provisions, returns, and filings for accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop tax planning projections and implement strategies to minimize tax liability.
• Manage the investment portfolio with a focus on liquidity and yield optimization.
• Serve as the primary contact for compliance and reporting related to corporate credit facilities.
• Maintain highly accurate cash flow forecasts across all legal entities.
• Negotiate and optimize services with global banking partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in corporate tax and/or treasury.
• CPA license.
• Must be based in the Santa Clara, CA office.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Experience with multi-state and international tax and treasury operations.
• Current knowledge of US tax laws related to the software industry and R&D tax credits.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools (Excel).
