What you will do

• Oversee all financial functions including accounting, treasury, tax strategy, and financial planning.
• Lead monthly close, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes for the organization.
• Partner with Market Access to manage gross-to-net sales adjustments, government pricing, and HCP transparency reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation within the finance function, including the implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
• Provide strategic financial modeling and decision-ready insights to the executive leadership team.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals and manage outsourced service providers.

Requirements

• Minimum 10-12 years of financial experience in the life sciences industry.
• Recent small-company and pharma commercialization experience is required.
• Must be able to work from the Concord, MA office 2-3 days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; CPA or master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Strong technical expertise in accounting, FP&A, tax, and treasury.
• Proven experience with gross-to-net accruals, government pricing, and HCP transparency reporting.
