TL;DR

Business Development Representative (AI): Identifying and engaging potential customer accounts through omni-channel outreach and in-person prospecting with an accent on building high-touch relationships and pipeline management. Focus on executing localized business development, conducting Discovery Calls, and optimizing prospecting efforts using a suite of sales tools.

Location: Must be based in the USA (Hybrid setup requiring weekly in-person visits and monthly travel)

What you will do

  • Identify and engage potential customer accounts and key decision-makers through research.
  • Execute omni-channel outreach via phone, email, and social platforms to schedule Discovery Calls and Demos.
  • Conduct weekly in-person prospecting visits to agencies and travel monthly to designated markets.
  • Track and report all activities in HubSpot CRM to ensure seamless pipeline management.
  • Support Growth Directors in advancing deals through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning and Growth teams to align sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Interest in building a career in sales and driving business growth.
  • Up to 12 months of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Must be based in the USA; applications from outside this region will not be considered.
  • High intellectual and emotional intelligence with adaptability and strategic thinking.

Nice to have

  • Background in competition, achievement, or athletics.
  • Experience in cold calling and sales training.
