What you will do

  • Deliver comprehensive financial plans that drive measurable outcomes for participants.
  • Lead proactive, needs-based conversations to uncover client goals and position appropriate solutions.
  • Provide actionable guidance on managed accounts, rollovers, investment allocations, and retirement income planning.
  • Act as an Investment Adviser Representative, offering tailored investment recommendations.
  • Document interactions accurately using Salesforce and other internal systems.
  • Conduct outreach to facilitate client-directed transactions and ensure seamless implementation.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required.
  • FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services or the 401(k) industry.
  • At least 2 years of direct financial planning experience.
  • Ability to travel to client sites in the New York City metropolitan area as needed.
