Salary: $152,000–$190,000

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day financial partnership and strategic guidance to GMs and delivery teams within the Consumer Financial Services organization.
• Build and maintain unit economics models, business cases, and financial frameworks for new consumer financial products.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking for the CFS portfolio to drive investment decisions.
• Influence product design, go-to-market strategy, and roadmap prioritization through deep credit and payments expertise.
• Build and grow a high-performing finance team in Arlington as the business scales.
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Treasury, and central FP&A to ensure financial integrity and operational alignment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance or FP&A, specifically supporting credit, lending, or payments products.
• Deep expertise in credit product economics and unit economics modeling.
• Proven builder's mindset with experience launching new financial products from early stage through scale.
• Strong track record of outcome-oriented partnership with business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to distill complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Must be able to work onsite in Arlington, VA at least 3 days per week.
