Infrastructure Engineer II (Microsoft 365)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Panorama Office site in Centennial, Colorado, United States; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are required office days, with Monday and Friday working from home.

Annual hiring range: $80,100–$110,000.

What you will do

• Manage, maintain, monitor, and optimize corporate IT infrastructure and service health.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Intune/Endpoint Manager, Windows 365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Provide operational user support in a GCC High environment and manage ServiceNow support and change ticket queues.
• Troubleshoot Conditional Access, MFA, endpoint, and access-control issues while coordinating escalations and vendor root-cause analysis.
• Create configuration, process, change-control, and evidence documentation.
• Support infrastructure planning, software lifecycle management, audit readiness, compliance, and monthly endpoint-compliance reporting and remediation.

Requirements

• Four-year degree and at least five years of related experience, an advanced degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience administering and monitoring Microsoft 365 services, including Intune/Endpoint Manager and Windows 365.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for troubleshooting, reporting, and Intune packaging.
• Experience administering SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Conditional Access and MFA.
• Ability to work the required hybrid schedule at the Panorama Office site.
