Cloud Migration Specialist (Microsoft 365)

Location: Dayton, OH, United States. Hybrid work may be available to eligible associates after training, with up to two work-from-home days per week.

What you will do

• Manage small to mid-sized cloud and identity migration projects from kickoff through completion.
• Modernize customer environments from on-premises infrastructure to Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Intune, and SharePoint.
• Coordinate workstation, user, data, file server, and legacy server migration activities.
• Serve as the primary technical contact and execute migration tasks defined by project managers, engineers, and account teams.
• Provide project status updates, adjust timelines, and communicate technical feedback.
• Identify risks, roadblocks, and technical issues, escalating them appropriately.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience with Microsoft 365, including required Entra ID and Intune experience.
• Experience with Azure and Office 365 migrations.
• Experience synchronizing Active Directory with Azure Active Directory.
• Experience with Windows Servers and Google Cloud consoles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• SharePoint migration tools and experience in an MSP or project-based IT environment are preferred.
