What you will do

• Lead the execution and quality of HV system analysis, including incident energy calculations and power flow analysis.
• Standardize modeling practices and establish data quality requirements across electrification programs.
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for HV system analysis and drive continuous improvement of methods.
• Coordinate a globally distributed team executing ETAP analysis activities.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and manage workload forecasting for the analysis team.
• Ensure alignment between analysis outputs and critical system design decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Must be based in Mossville, IL and available to work on-site 5 days a week.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Extensive experience in process management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor team members.
• Strong communication skills to interpret and transmit complex technical information.
