What you will do

• Lead the creation of detailed electrical designs for power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communications systems.
• Develop and maintain accurate 2D layouts and 3D models using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Act as the primary design point-of-contact for multidisciplinary project teams to resolve design clashes.
• Manage the production of complex drawing packages ensuring compliance with electrical codes.
• Assist leadership in developing staffing plans and tracking project schedules and budgets.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior designers and drafters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in electrical design, drafting, and 3D modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and at least 1 year of professional-grade Revit MEP experience.
• Solid understanding of power distribution, lighting systems, and communications infrastructure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict project deadlines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in a technical or design-related field.
• Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
