Salary: $167,500 - $234,500 USD

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end execution of a specialized partner portfolio, managing high-impact measurement and audience partners.
• Drive measurement strategy by vetting, onboarding, and managing relationships with premium vendors.
• Act as the primary lead across Product, Sales, and Legal to resolve complex roadblocks and ensure research integration.
• Assess financial and operational performance of research projects, providing executive-level strategic recommendations.
• Manage technology-based integrations including data pipelines, clean room implementations, and AI/ML productivity tools.
• Align industry trends with upcoming ad product rollouts and business priorities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in advertising, analytics, or measurement.
• Deep familiarity with the advertising measurement ecosystem, including MTA and Media Mix Modeling (MMM).
• Strong track record in managing complex quantitative advertising research and ad-tech infrastructure.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
