Salary: $130,000–$140,000 annually.

What you will do

• Scope and lead end-to-end primary research studies, including survey design, vendor management, and data analysis.
• Develop research and measurement strategies for Media & Entertainment clients to support sales and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with measurement and analytics teams to establish creative and media best practices using 1P insights.
• Present lift measurement findings and actionable recommendations to senior-level clients.
• Mentor and provide strategic guidance to junior ad researchers.
• Continuously improve existing research solutions and maintain an internal insights database.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in primary, secondary, and AI-driven research.
• Broad methodological toolkit including quantitative surveys, ad testing, and brand tracking.
• Experience with tools such as Qualtrics, SQL, Displayr, or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with ambiguous data.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior-level clients and cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in Chicago and able to work in a hybrid office environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in media (TV, video, digital) and streaming entertainment (AVOD, SVOD, FAST).
• Proven track record of mentoring or managing research professionals.
