What you will do

• Own the strategy, setup, and optimization of Reddit ads for clients.
• Manage Siege's internal paid social and retargeting campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn.
• Support the growth team on sales calls to scope and sell paid social engagements.
• Develop service infrastructure including templates, QA processes, and reporting standards.
• Hire, train, and manage a team as the service line scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience running paid social campaigns in an agency environment.
• Hands-on experience with Reddit Ads Manager (Conversation Ads, Promoted Posts).
• Proven track record in B2B and B2C sectors, specifically SaaS, e-commerce, or fintech.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to present strategy to VPs of Marketing.
• Excellent written communication skills for direct client reporting.
• Must be based in the US to qualify for benefits and team alignment.

Nice to have

• Experience with ChatGPT ads.
• Prior experience scaling a paid social practice within an agency.
• Familiarity with B2B attribution challenges (multi-touch, dark social).
