Salary: $190,000–$200,000 USD plus equity

What you will do

  • Produce and direct creative assets for Meta, YouTube, CTV, lifecycle, and CRO with substantial annual budgets.
  • Manage the P&L impact of campaigns, ensuring a coherent customer journey from impression to activation.
  • Establish and lead a creative testing framework, including writing hooks, scripts, and concepts for sprints.
  • Oversee QC processes for in-house and contractor creatives to maintain high-volume quality standards.
  • Develop an organic-to-paid pipeline to adapt top organic performers for paid channels.
  • Collaborate with growth teams on performance analytics to iterate and optimize best-performing assets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creative direction for performance marketing.
  • Proven portfolio of performance creative across Meta, YouTube, and CTV.
  • Data fluency to translate campaign performance insights into creative direction.
  • Experience building scalable creative testing frameworks and production pipelines.
  • Proficiency in full-funnel creative (ads, landing pages, email, CRO).
  • Must be based in San Francisco, California.
