What you will do

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless first impression.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and systems access.
• Maintain accurate employee records and process lifecycle updates within HRIS platforms.
• Support the logistics and coordination of People Operations programs, meetings, and internal initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting, IT, Finance, and Leadership to align employee experiences.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or administrative coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco (Hybrid).
• Not eligible for new visa sponsorship.

• Experience working in a start-up environment.
