TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US due to Department of Defense requirements)

What you will do

  • Provide operational support for People Team programs and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Maintain confidential employee records, HRIS data, workforce documentation, and organizational charts.
  • Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and policy guidance.
  • Administer training assignments, compliance tracking, and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture initiatives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR operational efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Work authorization and eligibility to support U.S. national security customers.

Nice to have

  • Experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Trello, or Teams.
  • Experience in a corporate or government contracting environment.
  • Proven track record of developing process documentation and SOPs.
  • Existing knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
