What you will do
- Execute the end-to-end new hire experience for the clinical population, including orientation and onboarding task management.
- Manage Workday business processes, ensuring accuracy for job changes, geo-updates, and organizational data.
- Oversee compliant offboarding processes, including system deactivations and exit interview logistics.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for HR inquiries, maintaining knowledge bases and reducing ticket volume through proactive updates.
- Administer compliance training and maintain secure personnel records in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Support special projects, including culture-building initiatives and the exploration of AI and automation in HR workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist or operations role.
- Experience working in an HRIS, specifically Workday.
- Familiarity with federal and state employment laws.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability for data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust in a remote, distributed environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office Suite.
Nice to have
- Experience in fast-scaling, complex, or clinical organizations.
- Exposure to clinical workforce operations or healthcare HR environments.
- Experience with AI tools or automation in an HR context.
