Salary: $200,000 – $260,000 OTE

What you will do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via multi-channel outreach, including cold calling and social selling.
- Act as a trusted advisor to diagnose complex client challenges and co-architect tailored solutions.
- Navigate large organizations to secure buy-in from C-suite executives across IT, Finance, Legal, and Procurement.
- Lead complex negotiations and develop compelling proposals to ensure mutual ROI.
- Manage sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead quality and with product teams to prioritize features based on enterprise feedback.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Mountain or Central time zones.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Deep knowledge of the database market and the competitive landscape.
- High emotional intelligence and resilience for managing long, complex sales cycles.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
