Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the Mountain or Central time zones.

Salary: $200,000 – $260,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities via multi-channel outreach, including cold calling and social selling.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to diagnose complex client challenges and co-architect tailored solutions.
  • Navigate large organizations to secure buy-in from C-suite executives across IT, Finance, Legal, and Procurement.
  • Lead complex negotiations and develop compelling proposals to ensure mutual ROI.
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead quality and with product teams to prioritize features based on enterprise feedback.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Mountain or Central time zones.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the database market and the competitive landscape.
  • High emotional intelligence and resilience for managing long, complex sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
