TL;DR

Enterprise Account Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of Tier 1 customers to drive satisfaction, growth, and margin within a hyper-growth environment. Focus on building strategic relationships with executive stakeholders, identifying expansion opportunities, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to optimize customer outcomes and platform adoption.

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Chicago, Illinois (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)

Compensation: $108,000 base salary + $43,000 variable earnings

What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of Tier 1 customers, building relationships with key decision-makers across Finance, Procurement, and HR.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify expansion, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) using data and analytics to demonstrate ROI and strategic value.
  • Drive platform adoption by educating customers on new features and identifying underutilized use cases.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve issues and represent the voice of the customer.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools to research accounts, prioritize outreach, and streamline customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to relocate to Chicago, Illinois
  • Significant experience managing Tier 1 accounts in a SaaS, travel-tech, or fintech environment.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise organizations and influence executive leadership.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience discussing ROI and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Looker.
