TL;DR

Sr. Shopper Activation Specialist (CPG): Coordinating the development, production, and distribution of in-store marketing materials and retail programs with an accent on cross-functional collaboration and vendor management. Focus on executing national shopper marketing initiatives, optimizing POS inventory, and ensuring brand consistency across the physical retail landscape.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 base plus bonus

What you will do

  • Support the execution of national shopper marketing programs and tentpole initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to manage the quoting, production, and delivery of in-store marketing materials.
  • Manage POS inventory levels and maintain asset libraries for internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze program performance metrics and POS usage to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on project timelines.
  • Create and maintain operational tools, including order forms, trackers, and dashboards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CPG, shopper marketing, retail marketing, or trade marketing.
  • Expert knowledge of the retail landscape and in-store activation strategies.
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Experience negotiating contracts with multiple vendors at scale.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 15% of the time.
