Salary: $45,000 – $90,000 USD

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day agency performance and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Creative, Strategy, and Project Management to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Develop and review project briefs to guide creative development and ensure alignment with client goals.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and regulatory/legal review processes.
• Mentor and develop account team members through goal setting and performance reviews.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the quick service restaurant industry and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of account management experience with at least 2 years as a client lead for a large brand.
• Strong background in digital marketing across integrated channels (media, search, social, display, programmatic, SEO).
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior-level clients.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model (4 days/week in office) in Kansas City.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with strong business acumen and resilience.
