Account Supervisor (Digital Marketing)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Kansas City, Missouri headquarters, with teams in the office an average of four days a week.

Salary: $45,000–$90,000 USD base salary annually.

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day agency performance and client relationships for an iconic quick service restaurant brand.
• Lead large-scale integrated brand campaigns from briefing and creative development through production and launch.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Creative, Strategy, Connections, Marketing Effectiveness, and Account teams.
• Present ideas and strategies to senior-level clients and provide clear campaign goals, objectives, and performance measures.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, reporting, and regulatory and legal review.
• Mentor account-team members, identify development goals, and conduct performance reviews.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of account management experience, including at least 2 years as a client lead for a large brand.
• Strong digital marketing experience across integrated campaigns, including media, paid search, social, display, programmatic, SEO, content, and UX.
• Experience leading and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to present ideas and strategies to senior-level clients.
• Strong business acumen, flexibility, resilience, and the ability to take and defend positions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from the Kansas City headquarters office.

• Experience in the quick service restaurant industry or another regulated industry.
