TL;DR

Senior Manager Marketing (Retail): Leading national retail brands and managing frozen potato and onion portfolios with an accent on data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on digital brand awareness, eCommerce strategy, and translating market data into business intelligence.

Location: Must be based in Eagle, ID (Hybrid: 4 days/week in office)

Salary: $131,130 - $196,660

A leading global manufacturer of potato products serving international food service providers and households in over 100 countries.

What you will do

  • Lead national retail brands and portfolio management, including new innovations and core item renovations.
  • Develop holistic communication and eCommerce plans, managing budgets and reporting performance.
  • Drive digital brand awareness and demand generation through regional and national shopper marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain on joint business planning and promotional strategies.
  • Manage external partnerships and synthesize retail-specific data (NIQ/Circana) into actionable intelligence.
  • Manage at least one direct report and navigate legal agreements and partnership contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's in Marketing preferred).
  • At least 6 years of marketing experience, preferably in CPG brand management.
  • Deep knowledge of retail category data (NIQ/Circana), eCommerce platforms, and brand positioning.
  • At least 2 years of direct leadership or management experience.
  • Must be able to work in person 4 days a week at the Eagle, ID headquarters.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
