Salary: $124,000 - $155,000 + Variable

What you will do

• Own overall brand strategy, including pricing, promotions, and new product launches for key accounts.
• Manage a team of 1-3 individuals and provide mentorship to other brand managers.
• Develop growth strategies based on qualitative and quantitative analysis of the competitive landscape.
• Coordinate product assortment content, imagery, and descriptive copy for Amazon.
• Drive media plans and manage brand budgets to ensure profitability.
• Lead negotiations with Amazon and leverage marketing BETAs to benefit clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Brand Management and/or E-Commerce.
• Proven expertise with Amazon, Amazon Ads, and Walmart.
• Strong experience in digital advertising and media strategy (Facebook, Google, Amazon).
• Proficiency in reporting tools, specifically Excel.
• Ability to communicate complex data as a meaningful story to clients.

• Up to 25% travel required
