What you will do
- Design and build complex nurture sequences, drip campaigns, and lifecycle automations.
- Execute A/B tests on email copy, CTAs, and send timing to maximize conversion rates.
- Integrate automation platforms with CRM systems like Salesforce and Zoho to ensure accurate lead routing.
- Maintain database hygiene and segment audiences based on behavior, persona, and engagement.
- Build dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to track attribution from engagement to revenue.
- Identify automation gaps and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo.
- Proven ability to build lead scoring systems and automated nurture workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
- Solid understanding of email compliance, data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), and deliverability.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Must be based in Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, or Costa Rica and able to work U.S. Business Hours.
Nice to have
- HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot certifications.
- Experience with API integrations, Zapier, or webhook automations.
- Background in SaaS, B2B services, or e-commerce.
- Experience with advanced reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
