What you will do
- Own end-to-end integrated global campaign execution, connecting Field, Partner, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to drive growth across regions.
- Deliver quarterly global campaign plans covering strategy, messaging, segmentation, channel mix, budget, enablement, and performance KPIs.
- Establish best practices and scalable models for integrated, multi-channel demand programs.
- Design and execute full-funnel multichannel programs and scalable ABM campaigns across 1:few and 1:many motions.
- Use a data-driven approach to optimize campaigns and make strategic tradeoffs across channels, audiences, and investments.
- Partner with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Analytics to advance attribution, lead scoring, dashboards, and measurement standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience building integrated, multi-channel B2B demand generation and ABM campaigns with clear ownership of strategy, execution, and performance measurement.
- Track record of measurable pipeline impact and revenue growth through global or regional campaigns.
- Proficiency with Martech tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense) and strong data literacy for attribution, lead scoring, reporting, and optimization.
- Deep understanding of buyer journeys, lifecycle stages, and buying groups applied to pipeline generation and deal acceleration.
- Ability to operate independently, define new approaches, and translate complex marketing strategy into actionable plans.
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and align teams around shared business goals.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity or IT-focused markets.
- Familiarity with BI and data enrichment tools (e.g., Tableau, ZoomInfo).
- Strong writing and content development skills for campaign and enablement assets.
