What you will do

• Build and update campaign components in Eloqua, including emails, forms, and audience segments.
• Manage contact list uploads and validation while adhering to data quality and privacy standards.
• Perform comprehensive pre-launch QA on links, tracking, personalization, and rendering.
• Monitor data flow checks, including lead routing and Salesforce synchronization.
• Support tech stack audits, platform clean-up, and operational process documentation.
• Integrate approved AI tools to improve efficiency in routine production and QA tasks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing, campaign production, or marketing operations.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, or HubSpot.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests under deadline pressure.
• Experience with data validation, suppression logic, and consent requirements.
• Proficiency in English for proofreading campaign content and documenting issues.
• Ability to collaborate with internal business partners across different global regions.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Eloqua and Salesforce.
• Basic HTML knowledge for making minor edits to email templates.
• Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or CASL compliance standards.
