What you will do

• Design, build, and launch automated email programs including post-event drips and sales follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the Web team to implement and manage Marketo forms.
• Partner with Marketing Ops and Salesforce admins to ensure system data integrity.
• Develop executive dashboards to track marketing ROI and revenue contribution.
• Perform A/B testing on email content, landing pages, and subject lines to improve conversion rates.
• Manage email list hygiene and segmentation strategies.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations or automation.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms like Marketo, Pardot, or Hubspot.
• Experience with webinar tools such as ON24 or GotoWebinar.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Understanding of UTM tracking and campaign reporting.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with HTML/CSS.
• Background in marketing metrics and advanced campaign reporting.
