What you will do

• Set the multi-year strategy and roadmap for the financial systems landscape, including ERP and billing integrations.
• Lead end-to-end design and optimization of core financial platforms to support GAAP-compliant accounting and robust internal controls.
• Architect enterprise-grade integrations between financial systems and upstream/downstream applications like CRM and data warehouses.
• Partner with Accounting and FP&A leadership to translate business requirements into scalable system capabilities.
• Drive financial systems transformation programs, including ERP upgrades, vendor selection, and change management.
• Establish governance and security frameworks to ensure audit readiness and policy enforcement.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, Miami, New York, or Seattle.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance systems, accounting technology, or business systems.
• Expertise with enterprise financial systems such as NetSuite or Workday Financials.
• Strong understanding of core accounting processes and US GAAP/SOX-like internal control frameworks.
• Proven track record leading large-scale systems and process transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems; MBA or CPA preferred.
